With over 14 years of dedicated service in the IAS, Shri Chaudhary brings a wealth of administrative experience to our organization.

Mr. Atul Sharma is Chief General Manager (F&A) at The Madhya Pradesh State Mining Corporation Limited and has served as a "Nominee Director" since 2011. He is a Chartered Accountant with extensive mining expertise.

As the Founder and Managing Director of Fortune Stones, Mr. Bharadwaj has played a pivotal role in revolutionizing India's red granite industry. Through a strategic partnership with the Madhya Pradesh State Government, he pioneered the nation's first public-private initiative in mining, showcasing Fortune Stones' pioneering industry leadership.
Recognizing the significance of local and global market dynamics in the granite industry, Mr. Bharadwaj has emphasized integrating local communities, respecting traditional practices, and developing sustainable extraction and business models. As Joint Managing Director of Fortune Stones Limited, Ruchika Bharadwaj provides strategic direction and spearheads HR and day-to-day operations to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. She drives business development initiatives to expand the company's domestic and international presence and fosters a culture of continuous improvement and professional development, ensuring a high-performance work environment.
Ruchika also leads comprehensive Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives at Fortune Stones. She introduced a pioneering Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model for nearby villages, ensuring sustainable development and mutual benefit. Under her leadership, Fortune Stones actively engages in programs focusing on education, health, and social welfare. These initiatives aim to uplift local communities, foster meaningful social engagements, and promote sustainable practices within the company's operational areas.
Beyond her corporate role, she is also a founder of a K-12 school in Madhya Pradesh.
Mrs. Kamla Bharadwaj

Mrs. Kamla Bharadwaj is a successful businesswoman and noteworthy entrepreneur. She has been part of the company since 2011 and was appointed as a full-time director in 2015. Mrs. Bharadwaj oversees all Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and serves as Chairperson of various company committees.

Mrs. Shubhra Banerjee, aged 59 years, has completed her Bachelor and Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Delhi and further obtained Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management from Oberoi School of Hotel Management. She has total experience of more than 3 decades in business development, managing operations and branding. She has immense experience of sales in international markets, delivering high quality customer experience, streamlining processes and brand building.
